Authorized members can easily file any type of claim using the Primex website.  Our secure online portal simplifies the process, taking a little bit of the worry out of what can otherwise be a stressful situation.

To further support members, detailed claims manuals are available in our online Primex Partner Platform (P3). These resources walk you through each step of filing a claim and explain what to expect throughout the claims process.

24/7

For emergencies that occur outside normal business hours, Primex³ offers 24/7 claims service.
Members can report a catastrophic loss – such as severe property damage, a fatality, or a cyber incident – any time, seven days a week.  
We hope such situations never arise, but if they do, we’ll be there. Serious losses don’t always happen between 9 and 5, and our commitment to members doesn’t stop there either.

As technology continues to evolve, so do the risks. Cyber incidents – ranging from data breaches to ransomware attacks – have become one of the fastest-growing sources of claims among public entities.
In response, Primex has developed a dedicated Cybersecurity Portal, giving members direct access to top experts in cyber protection, response, and mitigation.
Through this resource, members can find practical tools, training, and step-by-step guidance to help strengthen cyber defenses and respond effectively if an incident occurs. In the event of a cyber claim, email communication may be disrupted.
The Cybersecurity Portal offers a secure environment for members to communicate directly with Primex and our forensic expert partners to discuss the event and monitor claim status, ensuring vital communication and guidance continue uninterrupted.
